Transmitter Does Not Lock Or Unlock Right & Side Doors

  1. Disconnect remote control door lock receiver Black 16-pin connector. Connect fused (20-amp) jumper wire between keyless entry receiver connector terminals "R" (Light Blue wire) and "E" (Orange wire). If right and side doors lock, go to next step. If right and side doors do not lock, go to step 4).
  2. Connect fused (20-amp) jumper wire between connector terminals "B" (White wire) and "E" (Orange wire). If right and side doors do not unlock, go to next step. If right and side doors do unlock, replace remote control door lock receiver. Reprogram replacement keyless entry receiver to transmitter(s). See PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE.
  3. Connect test light between ground and remote control door lock receiver connector terminal "B" (White wire). If test light illuminates, replace remote control door lock receiver. Reprogram remote control door lock receiver. See PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE. If test light does not illuminate, repair open circuit in White wire between remote control door lock receiver and splice S231.
  4. Place either front door lock switch in LOCK position. Connect test light between ground and remote control door lock receiver connector terminal "R" (Light Blue wire). If test light illuminates, replace remote control door lock receiver. Reprogram replacement remote control door lock receiver to transmitter(s). See PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE. If test light does not illuminate, repair open circuit in Light Blue wire between remote control door lock receiver and splice S232.
