Both Power Door Locks Do Not Operate
- Connect test light between door lock relay Orange wire and ground. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Orange wire.
- Connect test light between door lock relay Orange and Black wires. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, repair open in Black wire.
- Connect test light between door lock relay Light Blue wire and ground. Place left door lock switch in LOCK position. If test light does not illuminate, go to next step. If test light illuminates, go to step 5).
- Connect test light between left or right power door lock switch Light Blue wire and ground. Place door lock switch in LOCK position. If test light illuminates, repair open in Light Blue wire between door lock relay and door lock switch. If test light does not illuminate, replace left or right door lock switch.
- Connect test light between door lock relay White wire and ground. Place left or right door lock switch in UNLOCK position. If test light does not illuminate, go to next step. If test light illuminates, goto step 7).
- Connect test light between left or right power door lock switch White wire and ground. Place door lock switch in UNLOCK position. If test light illuminates, repair open in White wire. If test light does not illuminate, replace left or right power door lock switch.
- Disconnect door lock relay. Connect fused jumper wire between door lock relay terminals Orange and Gray wires. Connect another fused jumper wire between door lock relay terminals Black and Tan wires. Observe operation of each door lock. If no or some door lock motors operate, refer to appropriate door lock motor diagnostic procedure. If all door lock motors operate, replace door lock relay.
