Power Circuit Open Test

  1. Check fuse No. 14. Check that cruise control module terminal "J" is grounded. Disconnect Brown/White wire connector to cruise switch and check for battery voltage at Brown/White wire with ignition switch in RUN position. If battery voltage is not present, check and/or repair Brown/White wire from fuse box to cruise control switch.
  2. With cruise switch on, check for continuity between Brown and Gray wires. If switch is open, replace multifunction lever. Check for an open in Gray wire and terminal "A" of cruise control module connector.
