Removal Procedure

Before removing the old control module, perform the SPS function Prepare Control Module for Removal, if available. Control Module References
Drain the drive motor battery cooling system. Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling
Disable the high voltage system. High Voltage Disabling

NOTE:

The drive motor power distribution control module high voltage connector access cover gasket is not serviceable separately.

Inspect the drive motor power distribution control module high voltage connector access cover gasket (3) and replace the drive motor power distribution control module high voltage connector access cover if necessary.

With the aid of an assistant, remove the drive motor power distribution control module (1).
Inspect the drive motor power inverter module gasket (2) and replace if necessary.
