Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    When installing the Accelerator Pedal do NOT use a mallet or excessive force on the pedal assembly or damage to the pedal assembly could occur, requiring replacement of the pedal assembly.

    Accelerator Pedal (3) - Install

  2. Slide the accelerator pedal (3) back in place to engage its lower retaining tabs.
  3. Tilt the top of the accelerator pedal forward.
  4. Connect the electrical connector to the accelerator pedal.
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  5. Accelerator Pedal Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  6. Accelerator Pedal Cover (1) - Install
