Circuit/System Verification

    NOTE:

    The Appropriate SAC001 Proactive Alert Labor Code Must be used to accurately process the claim. See Labor Time Guide: "Engine/Propulsion Proactive Alerts".

  1. Verify the customer has the Proactive Alert SAC001 from OnStar or by using the Scan Tool "Vehicle Diagnostics" - "Vehicle Proactive Alerts".
    • Go to next step: If Proactive Alert SAC001 is not present. 
  2. All Ok.
