Installation Procedure

- Prior to installing the air conditioning compressor perform the air conditioning compressor oil balancing procedure. Air Conditioning Compressor Oil Balancing
Install the air conditioning compressor (1) to the vehicle.
- Air Conditioning Compressor Stud(4)@Air Conditioning Compressor(1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Air Conditioning Compressor Bolt(2)@Air Conditioning Compressor(1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Air Conditioning Compressor Nut(3)@Air Conditioning Compressor(1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Air Conditioning Compressor Bolt(1)@Air Conditioning Compressor - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Return the wire harness (1) back to wiring harness original position.
- Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt(2)@Air Conditioning Compressor - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Connect the electrical connectors.

- Front Wheelhouse Liner-Right Side - Install - Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose(4)@Air Conditioning Compressor - Install - Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Replacement
- Drive Belt@Air Conditioning Compressor - Install - Drive Belt Replacement
- Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
