Installation Procedure

  1. Battery Positive Cable (4) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) @ Generator - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  3. Battery Positive Cable Nut (3) @ Starter Solenoid - Install and tighten 13 N.m (115 lb in)
  4. Retainer (2) - Engage [2x]
  5. Retainer (1) - Engage

  6. Battery Positive Cable (3) @ Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block - Install

  7. Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) - Install - Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block Replacement
  8. Retainer (2) - Engage
  9. Front Compartment Fuse Block Cover (2) - Install - Front Compartment Fuse Block Cover Replacement

  10. Lower the vehicle.
  11. Install the radiator. Radiator Replacement (Without V08) , or Radiator Replacement (With V08)
  12. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
