Front Side Door Window Regulator Replacement

WARNING: Refer to Glass and Sheet Metal Handling Warning . WARNING: Disconnect the power window switch when working inside the door. When operated, the Express Up/Down Feature allows the door window to move very quickly, without stopping, which could cause personal injury. Preliminary Procedures Front Side Door Window Replacement . Remove the water deflector. Disconnect the electrical connector.
1	Front Side Door Window Regulator Access Hole Plug [4x] NOTE: The lower access plugs are located in the bottom of the door.
2	Front Side Door Window Regulator Lower Nut [2x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . NOTE: The bottoming mounting of the regulator to door is the in and out adjustment for the top of the glass. Before removing the nuts, use a grease pencil to mark the location of the nuts for installation. This will be the starting point for the top of the glass adjustment. Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
3	Front Side Door Window Regulator Upper Nut [3x] Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
4	Front Side Door Window Regulator Procedure Transfer all necessary components. Window Motor Programming - Express Function . NOTE: Check the top glass fit after the rim panel is installed and adjust as necessary using the lower regulator nuts.
