Installation Procedure

  1. GM4321331

    Using the mechanics wire, guide the oil pump flow control solenoid valve harness (3) into place, then remove the wire.

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Oil Pump Flow Control Solenoid Valve Harness Bolt(2) - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  3. Engine Wiring Harness(1) - Connect
  4. Front Compartment Splash Shield- Right Side - Install - Front Compartment Splash Shield Replacement
  5. GM4321321

    Oil Pump Flow Control Solenoid Valve Harness(1)@Crankshaft Oil Deflector(2) - Install

  6. GM4321311

    Oil Pump Flow Control Solenoid Valve Harness(1)@Retainer(2) - Install

  7. GM4321302

    Oil Pump Flow Control Solenoid Valve Harness(1)@Oil Pump Flow Control Solenoid Valve(2) - Connect

  8. Lower Oil Pan - Install - Lower Oil Pan Replacement
