Installation Procedure

  1. Ensure ALL fittings are clean and dry prior to assembly.
  2. GM4316685

    Fuel Feed Pipe(1) - Connect - Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (AWD) Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (FWD) Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (At Engine) 

  3. GM4320359

    Fuel Feed Pipe(1)@Fuel Pump - Connect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  4. GM4320343
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Fuel Feed Front Pipe Bracket Bolt(1) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)

  5. GM4320175

    Wiring Harness Retainer(1) - Install[3x]

  6. Engine Rear Noise Shield - Install - Engine Rear Noise Shield Replacement 
  7. Inspect for leaks using the following procedure:
    1. Turn ON the ignition with the engine OFF for 2 seconds.
    2. Turn OFF the ignition for 10 seconds.
    3. Turn ON the ignition with the engine OFF.
    4. Inspect for fuel leaks.
