Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Engine Coolant Fan Shroud (2)@Radiator Assembly - Install

  2. Engine Coolant Fan Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 5.1 N.m (45 lb in)

    Engine Coolant Fan Module Radiator (1) - Install

  4. Wiring Harnesses@Engine Coolant Fan Shroud - Install
  5. Electrical Connector@Engine Coolant Fan Shroud - Connect

    Hose Clip (1)@Engine Coolant Fan Shroud - Install

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (1)@Engine Coolant Fan Shroud - Install [4x] - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LGW, LGX)

    Radiator Outlet Hose (2)@Radiator Assembly - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LGW)

    Radiator Inlet Hose (2)@Radiator Assembly - Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LGW)

    Radiator Upper Bracket (2, 4) - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement (LGW LGX LTG)

    Charge Air Cooler Radiator (1) - Install - Charge Air Cooler Radiator Replacement (LGW) 

  12. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static without HP9) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 without HP9) 
  13. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
