Installation Procedure

  1. Battery Sensor Module (2)» Install

  2. Battery Post Negative Cable Clamp Nut (1)» Install and tighten 4.5 N.m (40 lb in)
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution
  3. Battery Negative Cable (4)» Install

  4. Hold the battery negative terminal into position with a open ended wrench. (1)
  5. Battery Negative Cable to Battery Current Sensor Nut (2)» Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  6. Electrical Connector (3)» Connect
  7. Spare Tire (2)» Install

  8. Spare Tire Stowage Retainer (1)» Hand tighten
  9. Rear Compartment Floor Panel Trim» Install - Rear Compartment Front Trim Replacement (Without HP9)
