Installation Procedure

  1. Fuel Vapor Containment Valve (3)» Install

  2. Fuel Vapor Containment Valve Bolt (2)» Install [2x]
  3. Fuel Vapor Containment Valve Nut (1)» Install [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  4. Fuel Vapor Containment Valve and Pump Assembly (3)» Install

  5. Fuel Vapor Containment Valve and Pump Assembly Nut (2)» Install [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  6. Fuel Vapor Containment Valve and Pump Assembly Bolt (1)» Install 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  7. Connect the electrical connectors.
  8. Fuel Vapor Containment Valve Hose» Install - Fuel Vapor Containment Valve Hose Replacement (HP9) 
  9. Evaporative Emission Canister Air Inlet Hose» Install - Evaporative Emission Canister Air Inlet Hose Replacement 
  10. Rear Wheelhouse Liner - Right Side» Install - Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (LTG)
