Installation Procedure

  1. Position the starter shield (1), to the starter, with the retaining clip.

  2. Install the starter shield fastener (1) and tighten to 4.7 N.m (42 lb in).

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Lower the vehicle.
