Preliminary Procedures
- Disable the supplemental inflatable restraint (SIR) system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling
.
- Place the rear door window in the full down position.
- Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement
.
- Remove the rear door inner sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Inner .

Rear Door Window Run Channel
Tip:
- Use a plastic flat-bladed tool to assist in releasing the window run channel from the door frame.
- Carefully pull the window run channel from the door flange.
