Removal Procedure

Remove the body side trim panel. Refer to HVAC Module Replacement - Auxiliary in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
Remove the fasteners securing the HVAC module.
Slide the HVAC module over to gain access to the amplifier.
Do not remove the HVAC module.
Remove the fasteners securing the amplifier bracket to the vehicle.

Disconnect the electrical connectors (1).

Remove the amplifier from the bracket.
