Installation Procedure

  1. Install the power steering pump pulley using the J 25033-C  .

  2. Ensure that the axial tolerance of the power steering pump pulley on the power steering pump is within 0.25 mm (0.010 in).
  3. Install the appropriate belt on the power steering pump pulley. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor and Power Steering Pump Drive Belt Replacement for the 3.6L (LY7) engine or Water Pump and Air Conditioning Compressor and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement for the 4.6L (LH2) engine.
  4. Install the appropriate air cleaner duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement for the 3.6L (LY7) engine or Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement for the 4.6L (LH2) engine.
