Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the appropriate knock sensor.
Tighten: Tighten the sensor to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

Connect the CKP sensor wiring harness electrical connector (2) to the left knock sensor, if required.

Connect the CKP sensor wiring harness electrical connector (3) to the right knock sensor, if required.
Install the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement .
