Removal Procedure

  1. Turn the ignition OFF.
  2. Disconnect the mass air flow (MAF) electrical connector.
  3. Remove the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Intake Duct Replacement .
  4. Remove the MAF sensor fasteners.
  5. Remove the MAF sensor and the MAF sensor seal.
  6. Discard the MAF sensor seal.
