Installation Procedure

  1. Install the recliner sensor to the recliner motor.

    The recliner sensor snaps onto the recliner motor.

  2. Slide recliner shaft back through the recliner sensor and recliner motor.

  3. Install the retaining clip to the recliner shaft.
  4. Connect the recliner motor electrical connector.
  5. Install the seat back trim cover. Refer to Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - Front .
  6. Install the front bucket seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front Bucket .
  7. Enable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 7 or SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 9 in SIR.
