Installation Procedure

  1. Using J 25033-C  install the power steering pump pulley to the power steering pump. See Special Tools and Equipment .

  2. Ensure that the axial tolerance of the power steering pulley on the power steering pump is within 0.25 mm (0.010 in).
  3. Install the drive belt. Refer to DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT in Engine Mechanical - 2.6L and 3.2L.
  4. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY in Engine Controls - 2.6L and 3.2L.
