Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - SIDE FRONT DOOR  .
  2. Remove the inner window seal. Refer to WEATHERSTRIP REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR WINDOW - INNER  .
  3. Remove the window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to SEALING STRIP REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR WINDOW BELT INNER  .

  4. Grasp the window weatherstrip at the lower rear corner.

    Pull up and forward to remove the window weatherstrip from the door frame far enough to expose the door applique screws.

  5. Remove the door applique screws.
  6. Remove the door applique by sliding downward, far enough to clear the upper trim, then upward to remove.
