Removal & Installation (With Auto Contour Control)

  1. Adjust seat to full forward and up position. Remove seat back trim cover by pulling on upper and lower portions of cover to disengage clips. Remove air hose connectors from lumbar module. Remove seat cover "J" channels as necessary to access module wiring.
  2. Remove retainers and disconnect main module wiring harness and pull harness from seat frame. Disconnect single air hose and connector coming from lumbar pump motor. Cut straps and remove clips retaining lumbar module to seat frame. To install, reverse removal procedure.
