Adaptive Control

Momentarily press top of lumbar switch where it is marked AUTO to activate adaptive seat function. Auto/on signal circuit of adaptive lumbar module is pulled low through switch contacts and ground. In response to this signal, adaptive lumbar module will inflate system as described above, take a reading, then automatically adjust comfort level to occupant by releasing air from bladders or adding air into bladders when needed. Adaptive lumbar module will check position of occupant every 4 minutes. If occupant has moved, adaptive lumbar module will then automatically adjust support. When lumbar switch is pressed down to OFF position to turn off automatic adjustment, off/down signal circuit of adaptive lumbar module is pulled low through switch contacts and ground. In response to this signal, adaptive lumbar module will release all air from bladders.
