DTC B1982: Device Power 1 Circuit High: Description

Battery voltage is supplied to Platform Zone Module (PZM) at Brown 24-pin connector C1 terminal B1 (Orange wire). PZM utilizes voltage to perform all PZM functions. PZM constantly measures this battery voltage signal. DTC B1982 will set when battery voltage measured is greater than 15.5 volts for 4 monitoring cycles. When DTC B1982 is set, class 2 loss of serial data DTCs will not be set. DTC B1982 will clear when battery voltage is less than 15.5 volts in the next monitoring cycle.
