Rear Height Will Not Go Up Or Down

  1. Turn ignition off. At inoperative seat, disconnect power seat switch. Disconnect rear height motor connector. Using ohmmeter, check resistance of Yellow wire between power seat switch and rear height motor. If resistance is 5 ohms or less, go to next step. If resistance is not 5 ohms or less, check for open in Yellow wire. If circuit is okay, replace power seat switch.
  2. Check resistance of Light Blue wire between power seat switch and rear height motor. If resistance is 5 ohms or less, replace rear height motor. If resistance is not 5 ohms or less, check for open in Light Blue wire. If circuit is okay, replace power seat switch.
