DTC 58 EBTCM Internal Adjuster Assembly Fault: Notes

EBTCM contains a microprocessor for ABS/TCS calculations and functions. EBTCM contains a second microprocessor for adjuster assembly calculations and functions. DTC 58 will set if the 2 microprocessors cannot communicate with each other.

NOTE: Test numbers refer to numbers on diagnostic chart.
  1. Clears DTCs and checks for DTC 58 reset. If DTC resets, microprocessor communication problem does exist within EBTCM.
