Note On Intermittents

If Code E64 is stored as an intermittent code and operator complains of frequent loss of cruise control function, drive vehicle while observing PCM data parameter P.0.9 (vehicle speed). If displayed speed is erratic, check speed sensor unit. If Code E64 is found with no other codes stored, clear code and road test. If Code E64 resets without wheelspin, see CHART C-1, PCM REPLACEMENT CHECK.
