Note On Intermittents

Vehicle must be driven at a speed greater than 40 MPH for 10 seconds for Code EO39 to occur. If customer complaint indicates that code occurs after an extended drive, check for signs of transmission overheating. If no trouble can be found, check transmission for internal problems.
