Test Conditions:
- Codes "EO21", "EO22", "EO24", "EO26" and "EO27" are clear.
- Vehicle speed equals zero (0).
- Throttle switch closed.
- Battery voltage greater than or equal to 11.0 volts.
- RPM is greater than 152 RPM, which is different than desired.
- Not a cold start.
