Coolant Temperature Sensor (CTS)

The CTS is located in the left front corner of the intake manifold. This sensor provides information to ECM for fuel enrichment, ignition timing, EGR operation, canister purge control, air management, early fuel evaporation control, idle speed control and closed loop fuel control.
