Installation Procedure

Install the generator. (2)
- Generator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Battery Positive Cable (4) - Install
- Generator Nut (1) - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
- Protective Cap (2) - Install
- Electrical Connector (3) - Connect
Engine Harness (5) - Install
- Harness Conduit Retainer Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Harness Conduit Retainer Nut (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Tie Straps (4) - Install [3x]
- Connector Retainer (3) - Engage
Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) - Install - Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
Oil Level Indicator Tube (1) - Install - Oil Level Indicator Tube Replacement
Drive Belt Idler Pulley (2) - Install - Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement
- Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (3.6L LGX) .
