Preliminary Procedures

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (BUPYEONG Plant, KOREA) , and Cooling System Draining and Filling (SAN LUIS POTOSI Plant, MEXICO) .
  2. Remove the charge air cooler outlet air hose. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement .
1 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Retainer
2 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor
Procedure 
Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor electrical connector.
