Installation Procedure

    Battery (6) - Install

  2. Battery Hold Down Retainer (2) - Install
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  3. Battery Hold Down Retainer Nut (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  4. Battery Hold Down Retainer (4) - Install
  5. Battery Hold Down Bolt (3) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  6. Battery Vent Hose (5) - Connect

    Battery Distribution Fuse Block (2) - Install

  8. Battery Positive Post Clamp Nut (1) - Tighten 4.5 N.m (40 lb in)

    Battery Distribution Fuse Block Cover (1) - Install

  10. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (3.6L LGX)

    Rear Compartment Side Trim Panel (2) - Install - Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Left Side (Hatchback)
