Installation Procedure

Install the radiator surge tank into the bracket and slide rearward to secure. (1, 2)
Heater Outlet Hose (3)@Radiator Surge Tank - Install - Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG)
- Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose (4)@Radiator Surge Tank - Install - Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (Radiator to Radiator Surge Tank LTG) Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe to Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose-Radiator to Radiator Surge Tank LTG) Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (From Tee to Pipe LCV) Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (Radiator to Radiator Surge tank LCV)
- Transfer Case Vent Hose (2)@Radiator Surge Tank - Install
- Radiator Surge Tank Bolt (1) - Install 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
- Check the cooling system for leaks.
