Installation Procedure

Radiator (1) - Install
- Radiator Upper Insulator - Install [2x] - Radiator Upper Insulator Replacement
Install the air conditioning condenser (2) onto the radiator. Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LTG)
Radiator Outlet Hose (2)@Radiator - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG)
Radiator Inlet Hose (2)@Radiator - Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG)
- Engine Coolant Auxiliary Fan Shroud - Install - Engine Coolant Auxiliary Fan Shroud Replacement (LCV)
Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler (1) - Install - Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement (LTG, LCV)
Front Bumper Shutter (3) - Install - Front Bumper Shutter Replacement
Forward Range Radar Module Bracket (2)@Front Bumper Fascia Center Support - Install - Forward Range Radar Module Replacement
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
- Check the cooling system for leaks.
