Removal Procedure

  1. Brake and Accelerator Pedal Assembly Replacement - Remove

    Mode Control Cam Actuator Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  3. Mode Control Cam Actuator (2) - Remove
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector.

    Heater and Air Conditioning Mode Control Cam Cover Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]

  6. Heater and Air Conditioning Mode Control Cam Cover (2) - Remove

    Mode Control Cam (1) - Remove

  8. Mode Control Cam (2) - Remove
  9. Defroster Valve Lever (3) - Remove
  10. Mode Valve Lever (4) - Remove
  11. Inspect the components and replace as necessary.
