Installation Procedure

Mode Valve Lever (4) - Install
- Defroster Valve Lever (3) - Install
- Mode Control Cam (2) - Install
- Mode Control Cam (1) - Install
Index the mode control valve cam (1) large male tooth to the mode control heater valve cam large female tooth (2) as indicated by the arrows.
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Heater and Air Conditioning Mode Control Cam Cover (2) - Install
- Heater and Air Conditioning Mode Control Cam Cover Bolt (1) - Install [3x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
Mode Control Cam Actuator (2) - Install
- Mode Control Cam Actuator Bolt (1) - Install [2x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Brake and Accelerator Pedal Assembly Replacement - Install
- Perform the actuator calibration procedure. Actuator Recalibration
- Clear the DTCs from the heater and air conditioning remote control module.
