Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (without KL9) Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (with KL9)

    Battery Negative Cable Ground Fastener (1) - Remove

  3. Battery Negative Cable (2) - Remove

    Starter Solenoid Cable Nut (1) - Remove

  5. Battery Positive Cable (2) - Remove

    Remove the positive battery cable protective cap from the generator terminal. (1)

  7. Battery Positive Cable Nut (2) - Remove
  8. Battery Positive Cable (3) - Remove

    Power Distributor Fuse Block Cover (1) - Remove

  10. Battery Fuse Block Battery Positive Cable Nut (2) - Remove
  11. Battery Positive Cable (3) - Remove
  12. Remove the battery tray. Battery Tray Replacement

    Battery Negative Cable Frame Ground Fastener (2) - Remove

  14. Battery Negative Cable (1) - Remove

    Remove the Battery Positive and Negative Cable Retainer (1)

  16. Remove the battery positive and negative cable. (2)
