Installation Procedure

  1. GM4585138

    Fuel Feed Front Pipe (1) - Install

  2. Remove the EN-6015  closure plugs from all open connections.
  3. Fuel Feed Front Pipe (1) - Connect - Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  4. GM4585137

    Remove the EN-6015  closure plugs from all open connections.

  5. Fuel Feed Front Pipe (2) - Connect - Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  6. Fuel Feed Front Pipe (2)@Retainer (1) - Install
  7. GM4585136

    Install the engine coolant air bleed hose bracket (1).

    8. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  8. Install the engine coolant air bleed hose bracket bolt (2) and tighten to 9N.m (80 lb in)
  9. GM4585135

    Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose (2)@Retainer (3) - Install

  10. Engine Wiring Harness (1) - Install
  11. Wiring Harness Clip (4) - Install
  12. Connect the battery negative cable - Refer to BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION AND CONNECTION (2.0L LTG)
  13. Cycle ignition to run fuel pump and to check for leaks.
