Installation Procedure

  1. If replacing the fuel feed pipe with a new one, install the fuel pressure sensor with a new O-Ring seal. Refer to Fuel Pressure Sensor Replacement - Fuel Feed Pipe 
    2. Fig 1: Fuel Pressure Sensor Electrical Connector, Fuel Feed Front Pipe And Retainers

  2. Connect the fuel feed front pipe (2) and install to retainers (3). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  3. Connect the fuel pressure sensor electrical connector. (1)

  4. Install Fuel Feed Front Pipe (1) @ Retainers (2) (Qty: 3)

  5. Install Fuel Pipe Shield (1)
  6. Connect Fuel Feed Pipe. Refer to Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (Engine LTG) Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (Engine LCV) 
  7. Lower the vehicle.
  8. Cycle the ignition to run the fuel pump and inspect for fuel leaks.
