Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove Front Bumper Fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Buick)
  2. Remove Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose Replacement 
  3. Remove Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement 
  4. Remove Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LE2)
1 Charge Air Cooler Fastener (Qty: 2)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
10 N.m (89 lb in)
2 Charge Air Cooler
Procedure 
Disconnect turbocharger air pressure sensor electrical connector.
