Installation Procedure

  1. Remove the CH-6015  plugs from fuel feed tank pipe and fuel feed pipe.
    2. Fig 1: Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module, Fuel Feed Pipe & Retainers

  2. Install the fuel feed pipe - tank (3).
  3. Connect the fuel feed pipe - tank (3) to the fuel tank fuel pump module (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  4. Clip in the fuel feed pipe - tank (3) to the retainer clip (1).
  5. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
