Removal Procedure

  1. Place drain pans under the vehicle.
  2. Remove as much power steering fluid from the power steering fluid reservoir as possible.

  4. Release the power steering fluid reservoir inlet pipe clamp (1) and disconnect the power steering fluid reservoir inlet pipe (2) from the power steering fluid reservoir.

  6. Release the power steering fluid reservoir inlet hose (1) from the plastic clip (2) and remove the plastic push pin retainer (3).

  8. Release the power steering fluid reservoir inlet pipe clamp (1) and disconnect the power steering fluid reservoir inlet pipe (2) from the power steering fluid cooler.
  9. Remove the power steering fluid reservoir inlet pipe from the vehicle.
