Component Testing

Static Test

  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the B27D door handle switch - driver exterior.
  2. With the switch in the open position, test for infinite resistance between the signal terminal 2 and the ground terminal 1.
    • If not the specified value, replace the B27D door handle switch - driver exterior.
  3. With the switch in the closed position, test for less than 5 Ω between the signal terminal 2 and the ground terminal 1
    • If greater than the specified range, replace the B27D door handle switch - driver exterior.
