Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rubber conduit. Refer to Rubber Conduit Replacement - Front Door .
  2. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door .
  3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door .
  4. Remove the door speaker. Refer to Speaker Replacement - Front Door .
  5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  6. Remove the front door inner sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Inner .
  7. Remove the front door outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Outer - Front .
  8. Remove the window. Refer to Window Replacement - Front Door .
  9. Remove the window weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Front Door Window .
  10. Remove the window regulator. Refer to Window Regulator Replacement - Front Door .
  11. Remove the outside door handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Front Outside .
  12. Remove the inside handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Front Inside .
  13. Remove the lock. Refer to Lock Replacement - Front Door .
  14. Remove the door side molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Front Door Frame .
  15. Support the door.

  16. Remove the intermediate door hinge bolts.
  17. Remove the door.
