Removal Procedure

  1. Apply masking tape to the front door outer panel around the front door outside handle.
  2. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door .

  3. Disconnect the front door outside handle rod from the front door lock.
  4. Disconnect the front door outside handle lock rod from the front door lock.

  5. Remove the front door outside handle bolts.
  6. Rotate the front door outside handle to clear the door handle opening.
  7. Remove the front door outside handle from the front door.
