The engine run time is longer than 3.3 minutes.
The system voltage is 9-18 volts.
The system is in closed loop.
The engine coolant is more than 167°F (70°C).
The Throttle Position (TP) sensor angle is more than 2 percent.
The Mass Airflow (MAF) is 13-29 g/s.
The engine speed is 1300-3000 RPM.
