Exc. Riviera: Installation

  1. Install programmer to A/C module. Place control panel thumbwheel in highest temperature position and install vacuum harness and electrical connections.
  2. Check that air-mix door is in full heat position. The blower air flow will now hold air-mix door in proper positions.
  3. Without disturbing door rod or Output shaft position reconnect door rod to programmer (snap into retainer). Remove 3-wire connector from programmer and check for full travel of air-mix door. If necessary, adjust programmer as described in this article.
